Trilogy expands operations in Indiana, Michigan - Business First of Louisville:

The Muncie health campus is Trilogy'ds 47th location, according to a news release. The acquireed properties are OddFellow & Rebekah Home in Jackson, and Greenleaf Living Center in Elkhart, Ind. Louisville-basedc Trilogy plans to replace OddFellowa & Rebekah Home with a new which is scheduled to be completed by the release said. The facility provides assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitationn services. Trilogy also plans changes to the GreenleafLivinf Center. The company expects to add a new health center and independentliving villas.
The health center will provided physical, occupational, and speech therapies, as well as medicalo services for peoplerequiring short-term rehabilitation or long-term Greenleaf currently provides assisted living and dementia care services. Over the next thres months, Trilogy also plans to open threer new health campuses in Bellevueand Cincinnati, and Terre Haute, Ind., according to the release. The company also is renovating and expandinhits Lima, Ohio, locationj and plans to open a new campu in Battle Creek, to replace Mercy Pavilion, its currenft Battle Creek location.
