The asphalt terminals, owned by Tulsa, Okla.-based , are locatex in Saginaw, Texas; Gloucester City, and Newport News, Va. Financial terms of the leasesd werenot released. It is one of the largestg asphalt refiners and marketers inthe U.S. and the seconcd largest independent liquids terminal operator in the NuStar has operations in theUnited States, the Netherlandsw Antilles, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlandx and the United Kingdom.
